About Lou

Lou DeLoureiro is the Vice President, Analytic Consulting with PRECISIONadvisors. He has more than 26 years of experience with the last 15+ years in market access analytics.  Lou also has experience in predictive analytics, forecasting, and real-word data. Lou leads a team of Analytics Consultants and serves as a Subject Matter Expert for market access analytics – helping develop new analytical approaches to understand and develop strategies around patient/HCP behaviors and payer control. 

Prior to joining PRECISIONadvisors in 2022, Lou held positions at the Amundsen Group,  IQVIA, where he served as a Principal on the Analytics team and Viscadia, where he also served as a Principal. Lou has expertise in several therapeutic areas including rare/orphan disease, oncology, and dermatology.

Lou earned his MBA with a concentration in Applied Statistics from the University of Massachusetts, as well as his Bachelor of Arts in math from Providence College.
