About Diego

Diego Etcheto is a Senior Vice President with PRECISIONadvisors. He has over 10 years of experience providing strategic consulting services to top pharmaceutical and biotech companies. His work with Precision has focused on the evaluation of market access barriers and development of product commercialization and managed care strategy.

Diego has advised clients across a broad range of project scopes, with special focus on commercialization and market access strategies for both mature and launch brands with analysis that combines analytics and market research with additional experience in Medical Affairs and HEOR strategy development.

Diego is experienced in design and execution of research and analysis including key stakeholder groups such as payers, physicians, practice managers and patients. He has worked in numerous therapeutic areas including highly competitive spaces such as diabetes, respiratory and anti-inflammatory, as well as protected classes such as oncology, HIV, antipsychotics and antidepressants with both biologics and small molecules.

Diego earned an MBA from The Wharton School and Bachelors of Mathematics and of Economics from Cornell University.
